Siri has just recently begun dropping words in text commands. This is most common with text commands. For example, if I say "Hey Siri, text John Doe When will you be here" the message will only say "will you be here".
Any advice?

Follow the 3R's- if a restart does not solve your problem proceed
User troubleshooting is:
1. restart, ie power off/on,
2. reset http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1430,
3. restore from backup, restore as new device. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
Try turning Siri off, and then back on. Go to General > Siri. Then, head to Settings > General > Keyboards and turn off “Enable Dictation.” After that, go ahead and toggle both of those back to on and you’ll have a fresh start with Siri. She is most likely not understanding your voice, and this will let you "re-train" her.

Didnt help
You can see all of the words as she types the dictate. But the word immediately after the last name does not make the text.
Same thing is happening to me. It's driving me nuts. Let us know if you ever figure something out.
