Q: Can't install os x, contact software manufacturer

I've had issues with my startup disc lately (SSD), ir wouldn't install OS like it should, so i though something was broken and I brought it in to a shop. They tested it and it seemed to be working.

Now when I try to install OS, this happens (picture in the post).

What do I do?

MacBook Pro, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD

What version of OSX is it, & installing from what?

The OS that was being installed was Mountain Lion (I have a mid-2012 macbook pro and that was the option given when trying to install via recovery).

The SSD worked when a store tried to install quicktime (using pc though) however when I install on mac it doesn't work. It doesn't matter if I repair and reformat the disc, I just won't work.

Try installing it in the Safe Mode or another admin account.

Isolating an issue by using another user account
