MY little brother disabled my iPad and it Says connect to iTunes but when I did it says i pad has a password and unable to connect . I dont remember what my Apple ID password on that I pad is but I know the real passcode . I don't want to recovery mode it and reset because I know they will ask for the Apple ID password later .
You are going to need that AppleId password one way or the other: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
If it's disabled you will need to reset it back to factory defaults - recovery mode : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

I know the passcode for the I pad but I don't know the password for the Apple ID cause I know I used BS information on it
If you know the email associated with the iPad, and you know the email address and email password, you can reset your apple password then login to your email and change your password.
If the iPad is disabled it doesn't matter whether or not you know its passcode, you will have to reset the iPad back to factory defaults
