Q: Apple Music Playlists

All my apple music playlists disappeared. I followed the instructions on enabling iCloud Music Library, however I don't have an option to enable it. Can someone please help?

    Hi deemarie0928,

Thanks for checking out the Apple Support Communities! I understand you're not seeing any of your Apple Music Playlists on your iPhone. I like to listen to my music everyday so I can understand wanting to make sure you're able to access all of your playlists and music.

Since you've mentioned that you can't enable the iCloud Music Library feature on your iPhone, I'd like to have you check that you're signed in to the correct Apple ID. To check that you'll want to go to Settings > iTunes & App Store. You'll see your Apple ID listed at the top. You can tap on the ID, then sign out. Once you've signed out you can sign back in. This will refresh your connection to Apple Music. Keep in mind that doing this will remove any music downloaded for offline listening so you'll need to re-download those tracks again. Once you sign back in to your Apple ID, check to see if you're able to turn on the iCloud Music Library Setting.

You can also check out more about using Apple Music, including info on listening to music offline with iCloud Music Library below.

Use Apple Music in the Music app - Apple Support

    Cheers!
