Q: Can't connect to the server app

OS X 10.7.5 server

Can connect to the Server Admin but the Server app where I can administer the Address Book, File Sharing, Time Machine.  It keeps saying Connecting to server with the spinning wheel.  DNS works fine.  All else works fine.

Also when I try connecting via the hostname or the local IP 127.0.0.1, entering the admin name and password yields same thing.

As mentioned befoew.  The Server Admin application works fine.  It's the Server App.  Any help is appreciated.
