Q: Can't see news, game score on search

so I've looked everywhere and couldn't find anything on why when I swipe left to use the search I can't find any games score like the Tips in IOS 9 said.

all I get after typing a team name or news on the search bar is "search the web" "search apps" etc. I have iPhone 6s Plus and iOS updated to the latest version...

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.2

    Hello IcedLiquid,

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important being able to quickly see your team’s score on your iPhone is to you!

If I understand correctly, you are unable to get the Spotlight Search to show useful info you're searching for, like the score of the team you search for, as the user tip shows:

Good news is this should be easy to fix! Start with these steps:

    1. Go on your iPhone to Settings > General > Spotlight Search and make sure everything is turned on, including Siri Suggestions

    Search - iPhone

    2. Then restart your iPhone and make sure you're connected to a good Wi-Fi or cellular connection, then test the search issue again.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    3. If those quick steps didn’t resolve your issue, before you do anything else, make sure you have a backup of your personal data.

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    4. What I would like to do next is a Reset of All Settings. Now, don’t worry, this will not affect any of your personal content. All of your contacts, pictures, music, and other stuff is all safe. What it will do is reset your custom settings back to the factory defaults. So, background pictures, sounds, fingerprints and settings like that will have to be set back up again.

Go to Settings > General > Reset, then tap the Reset All Settings option.

    Reset iPhone

    Cheers!
