When i study a PDFs book in iBook in my iPad I find huge difficulty because there is no option to higblight or underline a text .so it very difficult to revise while this feature is available in Adobe reader. So can you tell me when Apple is going to improve iBook.

While you can store and read PDFs and other book formats in iBooks, it is not intended as a full PDF application. Highlighting is limited to actual iBook purchases. If you wish to annotate general PDF documents, yo should use an app specifically designed for that purpose. There are several in the app store.

As for when (or even IF) Apple intends to change this, no one here could tell you that. This is a user-to-user technical support forum.
