What is an order ID . I would like to know which grandson in buying all this mucic.

It's the Apple ID used to make the purchase.
Change your password and give your kids over 13 their own ID.

If you visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID, you will see the last 90 days of iTunes purchases. If they are using your Apple ID, you won't be able to tell which grandson made the purchase.
That's assuming they are using your Apple ID. If they just have your payment method associated with your credit card, you will have to remove that.
