Q: iChat/Messages Video Chat
Good Afternoon All, as of last Friday it appears that my company lost the ability to once again use iChat/Messages video chat since last Friday. The errors that we get are the exact same as it was last summer when video chat was globally down.
My current setup is using an OPENFIRE jabber server that users connect from our satellite offices around the state of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. When we initiate video chat over the WAN (LAN video chat still works) it sends the invite to the end user and when they click accept it does not get back to the originator of the video chat so the client times out. No changes were made from Friday morning when it was working to Friday afternoon when it had stopped working.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
