HELP!! Iphone 5 stays on apple logo and doesn't reboot since IOS update

My iphone 5 is not jailbreak and It's been fine until I decided to update it from IOS 8 to the latest IOS 9. I thought it might be the battery but its not. I've tried soft and hard reset. Even the holding the volume button doesn't work. I've also tried to go through Itunes to restore to it's factory settings and it gives me an ERROR: Code: 3014. I've tried everything I can, but nothing worked. Can anyone help please?

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.2

See this support document for troubleshooting instructions. If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or 'This device isn't eligible for the requested build' in iTunes - Apple Support

It seems you may be attempting to use the wrong iPhone ipsw to update. You just need to connect the device to iTunes to update. If you have not attempted to use any foreign ipsw file and still get an error, then try this support document. If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
