Found profile installed on my iPad

HElmo,

I found the profile installed on my iPad today as well. At first my notes, would not accept the password which I knew to be correct. Then I found this, it does not give the option to delete it says tap to install-I am afraid to tap it, that is may be hacked. What should I do-I do not want it here, do not know how it got there, but do not want to give any more access than is there already? I just want it gone-without goofing up my ipad. Thanks in advance
