Jun 30, 2016 6:43 AM in response to ashishpantby Diana.McCall,Remember, tvOS apps are like iOS apps, they remain active when in the background. Your AVPlayer is acting like a music player and continuing to play the stream. You'd need to stop, or pause, it before switching windows. If that doesn't help, you can force quit the app.

Jun 30, 2016 9:21 AM in response to ashishpantby Diana.McCall,I just reread your initial post, and I wonder, do you expect audio to be silent because you selected subtitles? That's not the way it works; subtitles just adds them to the screen, similar to closed captioning in regular TV.

Jul 6, 2016 10:46 AM in response to ashishpantby Diana.McCall,You really need to ask this in the developer forum. This is just a user-to-user self-help forum. If you cannot do that, try the usual programmer resources, or read the copious documentation. Good luck.
