Appe ID

I have one Apple ID and several devices where I use it: iPhone 4, iPhone 5S, iPod. The same applications, common Photo Stream, connected contacts etc.

I have never had any problems to download the product purchased for one device into another one.

Yesterday I've bought iPhone 6S. Renewed it from the iCloud reserved copy and everything seemed to be OK with all the settings.

But now I'm faced with the following problem:

- I can not download any new application from the AppStore. It requires the password again and again and when I enter the correct password just nothing happens and AppStore just requires the password again.

- When I'm trying to change the Password Settings and to turn it off for the free apps, iPhone requires to Sign In to iTunes Store (but according to the iTunes and App Stores settings my iPhone is already signed in and also Touch ID is enabled for all purchases.

I've tried to do everything: signed out and again signed both iCloud and iTunes, changed the password, changed the AppleId.

But there's still the same problem: AppStore reuires to sign in iTunes and doesn't let me download any app on the new phone.

I would have tried to contact Apple Suport, but I'm in Ukraine and they do not contact any Ukrainian tell.numbers.
