Which is the best typing instruction software?

I'm trying to find some reviews/opinions on typing software that doesn't have to reside on my machine. Not sure if I'm comfortable with someone monitoring my typing lessons progress. Begs the question, Is anything else being monitored while they're checking on my progress?
