Q: Can't download some of my songs from iCloud

I have a subscription to iTunes match.  I've been using it without much incident.  Lately, some of the songs in my playlist don't have an icon for me to download them.  Here's an example.  As you can see, some of my songs I've been able to download since you can see the little box with the check mark next to it.  I tap on the "..." next to the song "Sincere" so that I can download it, and as you can see, know cloud icon for me to download it.  I've noticed this issue with quite a few songs in my library.  The songs are obviously in my iCloud because it's displaying there, but they aren't local.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.
