Q: 2 iTunes issues.

Two iTunes issues: 1. All lost data recovered via backup, but playlists gone. How to find? 2. When adding new playlists, then close iTunes, those playlists gone when iTunes is reopened.

I am running MacBook Pro from 2010,  on El Capitan, and iTunes 12.1.4.6
