strange billing email

hey guys,

I received a billing email for a purchase I haven't made. It was on my apple ID, through a device I don't own and yet no other credit cards have been associated with my account and my bank statement is showing that no purchase has been made and my list of purchases do not show the items the email contains, is this just a random error on apple's part or should I call someone?
