Jun 30, 2016 7:17 AM in response to janafromlos angelesby BBoiss,The problem you are facing is what is referred to as Activation Lock. Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
The Apple ID you are being asked to enter into the iPhone is the one which was signed into Settings>iCloud prior to being restored/erased at the iStyle shop. If you need assistance regaining access to a different account that you had signed into this setting, go to https://iforgot.apple.com/password/. If you still need assistance after that with regaining access to the account so you can log back into your iPhone, Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support. I would recommend attempting to figure out the Apple ID login as much as you can, because if you are unable you will need to provide a proof of original purchasing receipt. So long as you have that, they can send it to a validation team to be verified for accuracy to the record and your iPhone can be unlocked from iCloud. This can take some time though, which is why I encourage you to go about this from the Apple ID, if possible.

Jun 30, 2016 8:11 AM in response to janafromlos angelesby Demo,Apple would not send you a request to change the passcode to unlock your phone. I'm talking about the 4 digit code that unlocks the phone. Is that what you are talking about?
IF you are saying that the Apple ID username and password that you currently use will not work to activate the phone, the link that you tried should allow you to reset the password.
Are you getting a specific message such as the ID was locked for security reasons? Please be as detailed as you can with your response.

Jun 30, 2016 8:39 AM in response to janafromlos angelesby BBoiss,In order to best help you, you will have to answer that one question for us though...when you were prompted by Apple, as you explained, to change your lock password, was that for your Apple ID when you received THAT message or was that for your Lock Screen passcode? Did you give your Apple ID password in response to some pop-up or email or did you simply go into Settings>Touch ID & Passcode and update your Lock Screen Passcode?
We understand the Apple ID is a problem, and I already explained to you in my first post how you will need to sort that part out. There is no expediting the process.
