Q: Cancelling Evernote Premium on the Ipad

I am trying to cancel my Evernote Premium membership on my Ipad and when I get to the manage Subscriptions page and then to the Evernote section, It will not allow me to slide the button away from the green.  What's holding this up?

You're following the instructions correctly according to their website so tap where it says: "contact us" below.

    Cancel your auto-renewing subscription

    To cancel your subscription:

    1. Log in to your account settings in Evernote Web
    2. Select 'Manage subscription' on the 'Account Summary' page
    3. Select Evernote Basic (a free Evernote account)

Your subscription won't change until your current billing cycle ends. Once your subscription runs out, your subscription will be cancelled, and your account will automatically be converted to Evernote Basic. None of your data will be lost, and all of your data will still be accessible.

If you have any questions or problems, please contact us.

However, I get the following from my Evernote account, so I am confused how I am going to not be charged twice on the 12th.

    Manage subscription

Remember to cancel your existing Evernote Premium subscription in the App Store to avoid getting charged. We cannot cancel it on your behalf. If you do not cancel it in the App Store, you will be charged again on Jul 12, 2016.

There are two different ways you could have subscribed to Evernote Premium: through their website or through the app on your iPad. If you subscribed through your iPad (which is sounds like you did), you'll need to unsubscribe through your iTunes account:
