Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important recovering these missing Notes are to you! Based on what you stated, you have a couple of options to start recovering these missing notes:
1. First, see if they are in the Recently Deleted folder in the Notes app.

2. Next, if you synced your Notes with iCloud, see if they are still available at www.icloud.com/notes
3. Last, try restoring a recent iTunes or iCloud backup, as your Notes are stored in the backup.
