Family information not available

I recently created an Apple ID for my daughter (who is under 13) through the iCloud Family Sharing option on my phone. She was able to successfully use it on her new phone and submitted a request to install a new app. I never received the request and now I only see "Family information is not available" on all my devices (and on the web). I also can no longer operate the "Find my iPhone" app. It starts for a second or two then blanks. I am not sure if my account is locked up or if there is some other problem. I am on IOS 9.3.2 on my phone but I don't think this is the issue as my account seems to act the same no matter what device I am on. I have restarted the phone several times with no luck. Please help!

iPhone 5c, iOS 9.3.2

So I bit the bullet and called support. Glenna, by the way, was very helpful and patient. But for those who don't have time to call here's what I found out to fix the "Family information not available" error.

1) Confirm you are the organizer of the Family Share.

2) Log out every other device that's using your Apple ID. And that means: iCloud, iTunes, Game Center, FaceTime, Messaging.

3) Connect to Wi-Fi on your primary device. Apparently it doesn't work well over cellular - "Verification Error".

4) Sign out of your iCloud. Shut down, reboot (you might get away without doing this, but it never hurts right?). Sign back into your organizer account.

5) You should now see your Family below your iCloud account. If anyone or any device logs in with your organizer account, you will be back in the same position as you began so make sure every device is completely logged out of your account in each of the apps listed above.

Good luck!

Exact same thing is happening to me just now. Tried to add my child as a family member with new iCloud address. Got an error immediately and lost all access to family information. This was my first use of the family feature.

I did get an email that said my child's account was created. I have not tried to access it.

Also unable to use find my iPhone (which I regularly use).

Please help, Apple!

thank you for going to the extra detail to post the part about the verification error over cellular! I had guessed all of the other things that you had written down and have been trying them but had kept getting stopped at the verification error!

In My case i didnt even have to sign out of all those different apps or devices. Simply by switching to Wi-Fi enabled me to see the family sharing. And it wasn't even real wifi - just using personal hotspot on another device and tethering it to this one, tricked it into thinking it was connected real wifi. It's a lifesaver because our Wi-Fi is currently down In the house and signing out from iCloud removes so much photo data from your phone!
