How do i reset security questions?!

Hi everyone,

I forgot my security questions and I followed the steps in the FAQ_Sup which tells me I need to:

Set up or change your security questions

Sign in to your Apple ID account page.
In the Security section, click Edit.
If you already have security questions, you'll be asked to answer them before you continue. Forgot the answers?
Click Change Questions. If you need to set them up, click Add Security Questions.
Choose your new security questions, then enter the answers.
Add and verify a rescue email address.

It's very important to remember the answers to your security questions to avoid being locked out of your account. And make sure you add and verify your rescue email address. If you forget the answers to your security questions, you'll need a rescue email address to help you reset them.

There is no option to reset those as it shows in the picture

excuse the fact that it is in german.

Thats how it realy looks like:

what do I do if i didnt recieved a email to my backup account or how do i change the backup email?

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.

You will need to show patience with the procedure and be prepared to demonstrate without question that the account belongs to you. Don’t expect access to be restored immediately and if you aren’t the owner of the Apple ID registered to the device the account won’t be reset.

If there isn’t a reset link, you need to ask Apple's Account Security team to reset your security questions. To contact them, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.

If there is but the email isn’t in the inbox or spam filter, see above. Changing the rescue email address requires supplying two of the answers; adding or changing alternate email addresses won’t help with this issue.
