iCloud Log In on IPhone 6s
I was previously logged into iCloud on my iPhone 6s.
Now it will not allow me to log in to icloud?

Were you previously logged into iCoud, and then did you restore it? If so, and if it is not a "new" device, then it is probably locked with an Activation Lock. Is the Apple ID/Password that it is asking your for to Activate your Apple/iCloud ID, or one you do not recognize?
If if is one you do not recognize, then sorry to say, it sounds like the previous owner never removed the lock, and now it is engaged again.
