Q: my son's 5s is disabled and he forgot his passcode what do i do?

my son's iphone 5s is disabled and he forgot his passcode and can't turn on the phone. i was told that i have to reset or erase the phone, how do i do that?

Follow the instructions in this support document to restore the disabled device. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
