Q: hi

hi my mother put a restrictions passcode on my iPhone6 for some reason a while ago which proved to be a problem for me because therefore i cannot delete any apps, manage my iCloud at all, manage my storage (which is full, and it will not let me buy new storage with the restriction on it) and many other things. the problem is, my mom cannot remember the restrictions passcode she put on my phone for the life of her. now, i know that apple makes sure that passcodes are very secure so nobody can hack you or whatever, but is it at all possible that the team can send us an email with the restrictions passcode my mother typed in for the iPhone with the email: *********cloud.com  ??? If this team cannot make it happen, can you please connect me to some other that can help? I'm really desperate. PLEASE!! i reallyyyyy need to get my snapchat working again and for my storage to improve. In closing, pleaseeeeeee send an email to ********hotmail.com with the passcode of sequoia's iPhone6 restrictions. Thank you very much!(:

No one would know your passcode but you.

You should not leave personal info on a  public forum.

You will need to restore your iPhone as new to remove the passcode.

The restriction passcode is a purely local device passcode.  It does not exist in any form anywhere but on your device, and it is encrypted as well.  If you cannot remember it then your only recourse is to restore the device as new in iTunes.  Note that you cannot restore from a backup unless that backup pre-dates the setup of the restrictions passcode.  Any backup made once the restriction passcode was in place will simply restore that forgotten passcode.
