Q: Phone Not Working

My phone receiver is not working from last 1 month, i visit at your authorised service center paramatrix solutions at sector 34 Chandigarh on dated 17.06.2016, they remove my phone safety cover which are rs. 500 cost, and ask me might be in signal problem.

after that again i feel that same problem , when i want to talk with second person on call than i on speaker to listen.

same day i call to apple care about the issue they update my phone through call  but issue not resolve.

next day i.e  18.06.16 i visit at your service centre after call to apple care about data safety , your executive told me don't take tension your data is safe with us. when i visit at your office your executive check my phone and ask me to retained phone for 3 days. i refuse because i have no alternative cell , they said to a girl please check the cell in your system, girl did not ask me , "i doing such kind of thing with your phone" , she delete my hole data in my cell phone , DATA IS VERY PRECOCIOUS for me.

Again problem not resolve , next day i.e 20.06.16 i submit phone at your service centre to diagnose the problem.there is second issue hotspot not connecting.

 

on 22.0.16 i received my phone with a reply of service centre device is ok and no hardware issue.

 

again problem not resolve, i continuously call to Apple Care about my problem. but they said we are helpless because service centre team said "there is no hard ware issue"

 

i also complaint about my data loss by service centre.

 

i call to service centre that my problem not resolve they said we cant do any thing you can visit other service centre in chandigarh, i also visit there, they replied your case handled by Paramatrix and we cant do any thing.

 

I continuously call to Apple Care about the problem , because no body is take the seriousness. and no body is ask about the solution, where should i have to go , because there is no Apple branch office in Chandigarh, to whom i will talk, no body suggest. i am working 50 km away from service centre.

and cant visit regular at service centre.

 

after 3 days harassment i make some videos of the phone when its receiver not work. because receiver is not dead permanently, so make video when its not work.

 

next day again i Visit at service centre with videos.

 

when engineer check my phone in front of my that time sound not receive from receiver, and that time engineer says display will change.

 

i surprise when i submit my phone for problem 3 days than said no hardware issue , now in front of my said display will change.

 

i phone display is 80 % of total phone as confirmed from apple care sr Person yesterday.

 

My phone 80 % part will repair with in 2 months. so how can i continue with repair phone.

 

My data already loss.

 

its take of lots of harassment  of customer , i have valid proof, i request to your service team for replacement they refuse , because they intentionally do this and did not diagnose problem in 3 days when i submit my phone.

 

No body is responding on Email , grievance officer not available, Apple Care always said customer has responsible for every thing.

      

With a lots of harassment, i Decide to go with consumer court about harassment & about my phone.
