Q: how to submit to new noteworthy

Hi

 

I just started a podcast, and I've just heard about "New--Noteworthy".  How would I submit my podcast there?

First off - New & Noteworthy is the most over rated section in iTunes. 

 

That said - If you want to try and get featured in N&N - you will need to contact Apple.

Go there and scroll down to the lower right and click on "Contact Us"

 

In that email you send to Apple - let them know why your show should be featured - what is special about your show - It is called New and NoteWorthy.  So you really have to make the case for the Noteworthy side.  What is your claim to fame?

 

Also make sure your Artwork is good looking Artwork.  They will not feature a show regardless of how popular you are - if your artwork is ugly.

Not sure what makes good looking artwork - go to the front page of iTunes and look at the other N&N podcasts.  The Front Page of iTunes for N&N are all hand picked by Apple.

 

Good Luck - but remember N&N is very much over rated.

    Thanks for the quick response!  I have heard it's over rated, but at this point, I will take all the help I can get.  lol
