Ihaving an issue with my iPhone 5 running ios 9.3.2. My iPhone 5 sometimes disconect itself from the Internet but still connect to the wifi network. I've tried disabling and reenabling wifi but it works for some time and disconnect itself from the Internet. Here's some screenshot

Did you already check the Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support
The general troubleshooting steps might also be helpful:
1. Force restart the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose data.
2. Reset the network settings in Settings/General/Reset ->Network settings. You will lose all auto saved Wi-Fi passwords.
3. In case this does not work, set it back to factory settings, without using the latest backup. Test the phone. If it works, restore from the backup.
4. If factory resetting does not help, get the phone checked by Apple:
