Thanks for posting. I see that your Apple Music app closes on you when you click a song and it won’t download any music. I know that music is one of the best things about owning an iPhone. I’ll be happy to get you in the right direction.
I’m not sure what all you have tried so far so we’ll start with the basics. First, let's force quit the Music app and restart the iPhone to see if this helps:
Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If that doesn’t work we’ll want to back up your iPhone to make sure you don’t lose any data, you can find the instructions for that here:
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Once you back up, I recommend restoring your iPhone as new to see if it works. Once you restore as new you can restore from your backup. If the issue happens again after restoring your backup there may be something wrong with your backup. In this case you will want to restore as new and manually restore your data from iCloud. Below you’ll find the instructions on how to restore your iPhone as new and restore from a backup:

Have a great weekend.
