Jul 1, 2016 11:51 AM in response to kathryn.parkin@parkingroup.co.by daveprof,1. In Settings go to App & iTunes (even if you're just trying to use iCloud).
2. Click on your Apple ID at the top.
3. A popup will allow you to sign out, do that. ( I had to do two attempts at this)
4. Sign back in.
5. Try again
6. ... it just worked for me!
