I didn't purchase anything from Apple App Store. But without any information I have been charged.

I have been charged on the App Store . But I have not purchased anything as far as I know . I want refund. How do I proceed ?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4

To start off with, you are not addressing Apple here, this is a user to user support forum. But, it could be someone could answer your question to see if this is an actual charge or a hold. See this explanation. iTunes Store charges on credit and debit card statements - Apple Support


What makes you say that you were charged? Did you receive a bill on your credit card? Did you receive an email receipt? Have you recently just created your Apple ID and added a payment method? Have you logged into iTunes and checked your activity to see if there is a purchase in the purchase history?
