Q: iCloud problems

Hello I need some help with my iCloud account. The problem is that it was registered on email, which eventually was deleted. It was created on behalf of my university so when I have graduated they have deleted my e-mail. I cannot access to my iCloud account from iPhone and can't synchronize another apple products. I remember the previous password but my iCloud account was blocked due to security reasons. I also do not remember the answers to my secret questions. Help me please.
