    Hello there, Johan04!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! I know how important it is to be sure the iPhone works properly as well. Sounds like you've done some great steps so far rebooting and resetting the settings. What you might want to do at this point is be sure the issue is not the software and to do that you will need to reinstall the operating system.

    1. Start by making sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your computer by going to this link: Get the latest version of iTunes.
    2. Once your iTunes is up to date, follow the steps in this article to backup your iPhone: How to backup your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
    3. Afte the backup is done, follow these steps for reinstalling: Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
    4. Once the iPhone is restored, set it up as new and test the issue to see if it's still going on and once that is done, you can follow these steps to restore your backup: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup.

If you see the iPhone is still having an issue once you reinstall the operating system, that means there might be an issue with the hardware itself and it would be best to go to Find Locations to see about taking the iPhone to have it checked out by a technician. You can make a reservation with an Apple Retail Store or you can check to find an Apple Authorized Service Provider near you to visit.
