podcasts update 2.3 not uploading
When my iPhone is linked to my MacBook it shows my Podcasts has an update 2.3, but when I go to the App Store on my iPhone, it doesn't provide a way to update?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. From what I'm understanding, you're seeing that there's an update for your Podcast App but you're not able to locate the update. I listen to a few myself and enjoy it very much, so I try to keep my apps up-to-date. Let's make sure yours is too.
Since Podcasts is an application that's built into the iOS now, the only way you'll get that updated is by updating your iPhone. Before you update any device, I always recommend having a fresh backup of your personal data. -- How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
