iPad Pro Wifi issue

I just purchased a new iPad Pro and noticed that my wifi is getting dropped more often when I'm about 40-50 feet away from my router. My other iPad works fine at the same distance. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so what was done to correct it. Thanks!

Hello Snow4157,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I know having issues with Wi-Fi on your iPad Pro is not what you expect.

Based on what you stated, it seems you may be experiencing issues with Wi-Fi interference. Good news is these 2 articles should help narrow down and resolve this issue!

1. First, make sure you have the recommended settings on your Wi-Fi router, as I have personally found these settings can impact Wi-Fi signal and usage dramatically:

Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

2. If you're still having this issue after adjusting your Wi-Fi router settings, this article has troubleshooting steps for your iPad Pro:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

Cheers!
