Q: I recently lost my phone and need help pairing my watch to my new device. I believe the problem is that my watch is still paired to my old (lost) phone. How can I pair my watch to my new phone without the old phone?

    Hi

On your watch: go to the Home screen (via a single press of the Digital Crown) > Settings (cog icon) > General > Reset > Erase all Content and Settings.

This will reset your watch to factory settings.

Then pair it to your new iPhone using the Watch app. Choose to Restore from Backup if offered the option (this may be available if your replacement iPhone was itself restored from a backup of your original one):
