Blank white screen Mac Book Pro after login

Hi Everyone,

I have been searching this topic and multiple solutions for this specific issue and still have not came up with a solution. I currently have an early 2011 15" Mac Book Pro running El Capitan OSX. The Mac Book was running just fine for the past 5+ year until it froze up on me one day and when I attempted to restart the computer it booted back just fine. Then as usual it asked to input my password and so I did. After I pressed enter, it attempted to load with a loading bar filling up to the end of the bar and then the screen turned completely white or light gray, totally blank. I let the computer sit on that screen for over and hour and still nothing.

I have attempted the following solutions.

Checked if ram was bad. No issues there.
Checked the hard drive. No issues there, recently installed a brand new SSD and updated the firmware
Reset the SMC
Reset the PRAM
Hold down the Option key
Hold down the C key (for rEFIt)
Battery powered, MagSafe powered...
Booted into safe mode
Plus many other suggestions I can't think of right now.

Start by removing rEFIt and replacing it with rEFInd because it is not compatible with El Capitan or most any version of OS X after Snow Leopard.

Repair the Drive for El Capitan

Restart the computer and after the chime hold down the Command and R keys until the Utility Menu appears.

Select Disk Utility and press the Continue button.

Then select the indented (usually, Macintosh HD) volume entry from device list.

Click on the First Aid tab in the toolbar and wait for the Done button to activate. Click on it, then quit Disk Utility.

Select Restart from the Apple menu.

If this doesn't help then you need to try reinstalling El Capitan:

Reinstall El Capitan Without Erasing Drive

Please be sure you back up.

Restart the computer. Immediately after the chime hold down the Command and R keys until the Utility Menu appears.

Select Disk Utility and click on the Continue button.

Select the indented (usually, Macintosh HD) volume entry from the the side list.

Click on the First Aid icon in the toolbar. Wait until the Done button activates, then click on it.

Quit Disk Utility and return to the Utility Menu.

Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.
