Q: Updates and Payment

hello, I've never had problems with paying with my Vise Debit card but since a few days back it won't let me update my apps. Whenever I go to update it tells me to sign in and check my payment method. Once I've checked it and re-entered the security code it says that my payment method was declined and that I should put in a new payment method? What should I do?
