Anyone ever have a charge to your debit card with your knowledge on ITunes family plan??

Hello!

I Need to know how you get a charge on your personal debit card with being signed in on your apple account. It said I joined a family music plan? Please tell me how to reverse this transaction!! Cannot pay for such.
