Thanks for coming to the Apple Support Communities for help with the missing Apple curated playlists on your iPhone. I love the Apple curated playlists; it introduces me to new music and plays old favorites too. Let's get the playlists back up and running on your iPhone.
First let's start with something small and simple. Let's close out the app, shut down the iPhone, and then restart the iPhone and open up the app again.
Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Open the Music app and retest it to see if the Apple curated playlists are showing up. If so, that's great. If not, let's check our settings. This article refers to quite a bit:
Sync Apple Music across your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and computer
You'll especially want to pay attention to this part:
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- In the Apple Music app, tap the profile icon and sign in with the same Apple ID and password that you use for your Apple Music membership.
- From your device's Home screen, go to Settings > Music, and turn on iCloud Music Library.

- If you already have music on your device, you'll be asked if you want to Merge or Replace the music. Choose Merge to add the songs currently on your device to your library.* If you select Replace, the music on your device is replaced with your Apple Music library.
This should resolve having Apple curated playlists back on your iPhone. Best wishes!
