How do I stop inappropriate ads on AppleTV?

Kids are playing Crossy Road on AppleTV. Ad for "The Girlfriend Experience" comes on. Not cool.

Anyone know how to limit the ads by age?

Reading through the posts, it looks like not. This is something Apple needs to fix. Ads should match the games/apps during which they are shown.
