I upgraded my iPod 5th gen, and I regret it.
It's horrible! The various features slows it down and make it really buggy.
I even reduced the animations, turned off iCloud, and it still manages to lag.
Is there anyway I can go back?
It's ridiculous if I can't because why would they make an update for a device when it ran better on the previous version.

Sorry, no. Apple does not support downgrading. And 8.4.1 is no longer 'signed' by Apple, so even if you tried to find the file somewhere it would not install.

I'm sorry, but Apple does not provide a downgrade path for iOS. Because downgrading is unsupported by Apple we cannot discuss it on these forums.
