Q: iPad or iOS Photo app issues

I've been using my iPad mini (2nd gen with retina display, currently running iOS 9.3.2) as a mobile portfolio for my photography. I've been doing so for quite some time now and until around the beginning of June 2016, there was never an issue. After June though, there have been lines showing up on the right side of all my images loaded since. All are downloaded the same, on wi-fi, from gmail or outlook. I've sort of eliminated the email or wi-fi being the issue, and have noticed this issue on other iPad models if tested downloaded to. My guess would be the last iOS update had a bug. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix or am I waiting for iOS 10? I really don't want to have to resort to an android tablet but business is business.

    Try these standard troubleshooting steps.

     

    Reset: hold down the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10-20 seconds).

     

    If this doesn't help, you might need to Restore your iPhone.

    If using an itunes backup, make sure it's an encrypted one.

     

    Otherwise, this might be a hardware issue, so bring it to a local Apple Store to have it tested.

     

    BTW, why is email involved in this? There are better ways of getting photos from one device to another...
