Facetime video goes crazy after a few minutes

Everytime I have a video chat, after just a few minutes the video of my other contact begins to jerk and shake like crazy. It happens almost every single time. She has a Logitech HD Pro webcam which is a very nice unit. Any ideas???

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)
