Are All Screen Protectors The Same For The iPhone 6s Plus?

No, they are not all the same as there are numerous companies that make them. Apple does not make screen protectors. If you have a concern regarding the one you bought, contact the manufacturer or return it for a refund.

There is no should or shouldn't. It is up to the company that designs and manufactures the screen protector to determine their design. I've seen both.
They don't go right to the edge aswell, why are they designed like this?
I have seen on lower iPhones that they go right to the edges, but on the 6s plus they dont?

Again, this has to do with the manufacturer of the particular screen protector that you are looking at. They are not all the same. The decision process is up to you, and you also need to make sure that the one you have selected is designed for the iPhone 6s Plus and not the 6 Plus, they are different sizes. Not all manufacturers changed their product for the 6s Plus, thus the issues.
