Q: Storage shows full, but says otherwise

Hello I was just checking up on my "About This Mac" and I found something quite strange. It say I have 2.23TB of apps, but that's impossible because my hard drive only holds 250GB. I've noticed no performance issues, and I don't get a pop-up that says "storage full" or whatever.

Should I be worried? Is there something I can put into Terminal to make this go away?
