i have tried alots times but that didn't work can somebody help me.
What do you mean by backup ? If your iPad is on iOS 9+ then you can't copy apps back from your iPad, you will have to download them directly on your computer's iTunes.
iOS 9 introduced a developer feature called 'app thinning' which allows only what is needed by an app on a device to be downloaded onto the device : If your apps aren't transferred from iTunes to your device after updating to iOS 9 - Apple Support
To download them on your computer's iTunes : download previously purchased apps from iTunes
