You need to purchase an installer for iPhoto 9.x.x, it cannot be downloaded for free.

Apple is no longer selling iPhoto, so you can only upgrade from iPhoto 8.1.2 by purchasing an iLife installer from Amazon or eBay.

Try to buy an iLife '11 installer DVD, then update to iPhoto 9.2 using Apple's support download page.

However, iPhoto is no longer welll supported. You can no longer order print products from Apple, and the Places feature is also not working and can make iPhoto crash,

You buy an iLife 11 DVD from a source such as Amazon or eBay, install it, and download the updater from Apple Support or the Mac App Store. The DVD version of iPhoto can’t be updated past 9.4.3.
