Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! It's my pleasure to assist you with uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes from your Windows 10 computer. I use iTunes for managing all my music and movies, so I know how important it is to get it working for you again.
Let's use the following article:
Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later
In particular you'll want to pay attention to this section:
To uninstall programs, to go Settings.
- On the Start menu select Settings.
- Select System > Apps & features.
- Select the program, and then select Uninstall. Some apps built in to Windows can't be uninstalled.
- Follow the directions on the screen.
Once you've completely removed iTunes, you can reinstall it by going here:
