iam wondering if there is a way to get the dmg files of already installed app
and if not is there a way to download files .dmg like ipa for ios
so i can easily reinstall them

If you didn't save the .dmg file before the installer run, the file has been deleted.
You can always re-download your apps for free from Mac App Store purchases section. Just make sure you log in using the same Apple ID that was used to originally purchase the apps.
And what do I do if the developer no longer distributes the app in the Mac App Store?
Folks need backup copies as suggested by Apple in the Terms & Conditions for the Mac App Store.
As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously-acquired Eligible Content, once you download an item of Eligible Content, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.
There is no dmg for most Mac App Store apps. You can drag the icon of the app out of the Applications folder and drop it onto an external USB storage drive to have a backup copy of the app.
